In the middle of this beautiful nature you find Liarvåg, a lovely and idyllic place right by the fjord. Liarvåg is a fishing paradise and you do not have to travel far out at sea to catch them. You can also fish from the shore or in on of the many fishing lakes. Fishing license required at the lakes. If you want to catch the bigger fish you can go on an arranged fishing trip from Haugalandet. It is also good conditions for water sports such as sailing, diving and wind surfing. You will find several good cycling and hiking trails in Liarvåg. A day trip on your bicycle from Nedstrand, along Lysevatnet to Vassendvik is a lovely trip. Bring your lunch and find a secluded spot and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. If you like mountain hiking you should hike up to Lammenuten, at the top you will be rewarded with a beautiful view of the fjord and mountain landscape. The house is within short distance to Haugesund with several shops, restaurants, festivals and cultural experiences. Here you have everything you need for a wonderful and adventurous holiday.
